We found http://www.commsport.com/ a franchise of 60 Internet Cafe Style Venues We have visited 2 of these establishments, and realised it had aimed at a particular part of the market, we have noticed needs catering for too. We consider these to be very badly put together http://www.hairsalons.com.au/     is a like trade, and the nearest to what we hope to ultimately achieve, both these business's have franchise very well, but by not trading as a .com has ultimately cost them potential business. These 2 Companies in particular were of obvious interest

Our research and records found that when we entered St.Andrews in 1995, their were 38 Hairdressing Establishments and subsequently 7 more have appeared. One has since changed ownership, of the remaining six,  two have moved to larger premesis.  One indeed opened in 'competition' to me 100 yards away, and my understanding is they intend expanding.

Glenrothes and surrounding area is grossly undercovered by hairdressing, and our willingness to advertise our fellow tradesmen on the FRONT page of our website shows, beyond any doubt, we don't see anyone as competition. Quite simply, what we are offering doesn't exist and has been required for years. Our research found that Glenrothes'  unemployment was above Fife average, we would be employing at least a dozen staff.   Glenrothes residence are below the Car and Homeowners average A Glenrothes Weekly Newspaper features a St. Andrews Hairdressers (25 Miles away) on its FRONT page.

Glenrothes has a Population of 51,000 and surrounding areas would increase this to 120,000. The 10 mile Radius of Glenrothes  you have 33 cutting establishments, most over 5 years established . St. Andrews  has a 'rolling' population taking the Students and Tourists into consideration, making it up to 21,000.  The surrounding area would make this generously up to 40,000 . In  effect the x3 methods we used to ascertain our projected figures was a sensible thing to do. St. Andrews and Radius of 10 miles has 44 cutting establishments, a massive imbalance between like for like, in an arguably sensible Trade likeness.

Our extensive market research showed us already what there are a lot of  :- ** 5 Card Shops ** ** Argos and Index are Neighbours  ** ** 4 Bakers ** ** 2 pound shops ** ** 4 shoe shops ** ** A mobile phone shop has reopened that closed several months ago (in the same shop) ** The majority of the companies in the centre are 'Nationals; we have estimated 76%

Experience and alertness  allows us to use this in the form of Market research. We have shown how the Internet can bring Businesses together. We found it difficult, if not impossible, to find details on leasing property in the Kingdom Centre via the Internet. Again, if the centre had its own website, we could even have a link to the leasing agents like several websites I could point you to. Here are two examples: One In Oklahoma, where we hope to expand the idea to with a fellow Barbering friend of mine. We are already 'Beta' testing webcams from 3 differnt countries via this website. Again we believe from our extensive research, this would bring much needed publicity to the centre. And one in Holland
